At lull & co., every order ships free — no minimum, no exceptions.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. Your order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak periods and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

The times below reflect transit time after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times vary by location — please see the estimates for your country below:

During peak periods and holidays, carriers may experience delays beyond the estimates above. International orders may also be subject to customs processing, which can extend delivery times.
Accurate Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details may result in processing delays or order cancellation. If our team detects an address issue, we will reach out by email within 3 business days to verify. If we do not receive a response within that window, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us at hello@lullnco.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the correction, but cannot guarantee changes can be made after this window.
Delivery Delays
We ship every order as quickly as we can. Occasionally, factors outside of our control — severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, or carrier delays — can affect delivery times. If anything arises that may delay your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to keep you updated. lull & co. is not liable for delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed to our carrier, it is outside of our direct control. If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@lullnco.com and we will do our best to assist. We recommend also reaching out to the carrier directly to file a claim, as most carriers have a formal process for this. lull & co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf and keep you informed. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement depending on the outcome.
