Return & Refund Policy

At lull & co., we are committed to providing products that help your dog feel calm, safe, and at ease. We believe in the effectiveness of what we make — and we recommend using your product for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return, so your dog has the chance to experience the full benefit.

If you are not satisfied after 14 days and within our 30-day money back guarantee period, please contact us at hello@lullnco.com and we will make it right.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order will have already entered processing and we may not be able to accommodate the request. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be refunded within 7 business days.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If after 14 days of use you are still unsatisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@lullnco.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Please include your order number or the name and email address used at checkout to help us process your return as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items

We take care in how we package every order. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken. Packaging damage that occurred during transit — such as a dented box — where the product itself is in good condition does not qualify.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@lullnco.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess eligibility for a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we do our best to get every order to you on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors outside of our control. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. lull & co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make a correction, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this window cannot be accommodated, and we will not be able to issue a resend or refund for orders sent to an incorrect address.
